CEO Perspectives is offered in partnership with Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Highlights

  • Focuses on executives making the transition to, or possessing, C-level management responsibilities
  • Combines leading-edge research (of academics) with unique access to practical experience of sitting CEOs, Board members
  • Cutting-edge thinking, and practical, relevant advice to accelerate leadership development

Program Summary

Six 2-day modules, each based on an issue, decision or
responsibility that cannot be delegated

Focus on key elements of the CEO Agenda:

  • Setting strategic direction
  • Leading change to build great organizations
  • Deciding on long-term growth opportunities
  • Serving as the "public face" of the organization
  • Acting as steward of the company's values and culture

Participant Profile

  • Management committee level, report to the CEO/COO
  • Nominated by CEO or Board Chair
  • P&L responsibility for $500 MM or more, or lead
    an enterprise-wide function (e.g., finance, HR)

Participant Profile

  • 10+ years of management experience across diverse functions
    such as finance, operations, technology
  • An average of 15-22 years career experience
