Effective January 2027, Claudia will be responsible for all aspects of the CEO Perspectives program, including curriculum design, securing and preparing CEO and academic speakers, coordinating recruitment of sponsor companies, and alumni engagement and events.
She is currently an independent consultant and serves on the boards of Skills for Chicago and HFS Chicago Scholars. Previously, she spent 17 years at KPMG LLP, where she held a number of senior leadership positions, including U.S. Sector Leader for Industrial Manufacturing, Vice Chair of Culture and People & Change Practice Leader. She also served as a member of the KPMG LLP Board of Directors.
