The Leading Women Executives Innovation Workshop & Networking Event was held on April 25th in Dallas, Texas, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Health Care Service Corporation’s C1 Innovation Lab. More than 20 Leading Women Executives Fellows gathered at the C1 Innovation Lab for a workshop on using design thinking to solve critical business problems and drive innovation, with a particular focus on how to build culture in a hybrid working environment.
The women attended a keynote session on design thinking and innovation, led by Summer Wright Collins, Associate Vice President Design & Innovation, Health Care Service Corporation; Leading Women Executives Fellow, Spring 2019. They then circulated to three breakout sessions, showcasing different methods and tools, followed by a lab tour. The event culminated with a networking reception and dinner.
Jill Wolowitz, SVP & Chief Administrative Officer, Health Care Service Corporation, made opening remarks and shared the positive impact and outcomes she had as result of going through the Leading Women Executives program (Fall, 2014), and more recently, the CEO Perspectives program (2020).
