The Leading Women Executives 15th Anniversary Celebration, held on October 17, 2024, brought together an inspiring group of Fellows and thought leaders. The event theme was "Leadership in a World of Emerging Technology, AI, and Innovation”. The opening CEO speaker was Janet Foutty, Former Executive Chair of the Board, Deloitte US and Former CEO, Deloitte Consulting, who spoke about key themes in her book ‘Arrive and Thrive’ as well as the importance of being a tech-savvy leader. Dr. Roshni Raveendran, PhD led an engaging workshop offering insights into AI & leadership, and how to incorporate AI into your own leadership. Attendees also participated in an Intentional Breathing Workshop as a stress management technique for leaders. The event wrapped up with a C-Suite panel moderated by Jenny Scanlon, President and CEO, UL Solutions featuring distinguished panelists: Nancy Berardinelli-Krantz, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, W. W. Grainger, Inc.; Chris Corley, Chief Commercial and Operating Officer, CDW; and Opella Ernest, M.D., President, HCSC Markets, Health Care Service Corporation.

The event underscored the continued growth and impact of Leading Women Executives, having reached a milestone of over 1,000 Fellows across 61 organizations since its inception. The CEO Perspectives 20th Anniversary Celebration, held on September 11, 2024, brought together Fellows from 19 of our 20 class years, faculty, and other members of the Corporate Leadership Center community to reflect on the program’s two decades of profound impact and look forward to its future. Held at Health Care Service Corporation’s beautiful headquarters, the day featured three thought-provoking keynote sessions with distinguished speakers, including Arvind Krishna, Chairman and CEO of IBM; Rana Foroohar, acclaimed Financial Times columnist; and Daniel Pink, #1 New York Times bestselling author and renowned thought leader. Attendees enjoyed engaging conversations, networking opportunities, and reflections on the program’s evolution, highlighting its role in shaping executive leaders and fostering lasting connections. The celebration concluded with a toast to the future, as participants shared inspiration, insights, and a commitment to continued leadership excellence. On September 14, 2023, CEO Perspectives hosted an evening program featuring Mark Hoplamazian, President & CEO of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, on the topic of “Leadership Lessons in Driving Change and Building Successful Cultures.” Fifty Fellows, current participants of the program and members of the Corporate Leadership Center community enjoyed a cocktail reception and dinner, followed by the fireside chat, moderated by Corporate Leadership Center CEO Deb DeHaas. The inspiring conversation was followed by a Q&A session and a dessert reception. The event was part of Module 5 of the CEO 2023 program, which focuses on Culture and Change, and provided Fellows and participants the opportunity to connect and engage with the growing CEO Perspectives community.
