About CEO Perspectives

CEO Perspectives helps executives transition to and thrive in C-suite roles by ensuring participants take an enterprise-wide view of the organization and its stakeholders. The program is designed around the “CEO Agenda” – those issues, decisions and responsibilities that a CEO cannot fully delegate, but needs to share with members of the executive leadership team. CEO Perspectives enhances participants’ leadership capabilities to make decisions, manage responsibilities and act as stewards of their organizations.

About CEO Perspectivess

Participants attend six, 2-day modules that take place throughout the year in downtown Chicago.
Modules are intentionally spaced apart to allow time for reflection and action, enabling
participants to experiment with ideas while they maintain their day-to-day responsibilities. At part
of each module, participants discuss their insights for additional peer learning.

Curated and Diverse Cohorts

Cohorts consist of 30-35 management-committee level and/or C-Suite executives from Fortune 500 corporations and select growth companies, and two, non-profit CEOs, who contribute valuable civic perspectives. All participants must be nominated by their CEO, ensuring a valuable peer network
